My Story
I began my professional journey in 2002 and have since worked on a number of solo and collaborative projects. I take pride in the work that I do and in the long-term relationships that I’ve built with my clients. I am a firm believer in working hard, working together, and having fun along the way! I owned 3 restaurants in Guadalajara, MX. In Cancun MX I became chef working for the hotel Ocean Coral Turquesa in the Rivera Maya.

In 2013 I came to Florida to help on the expansion of the chain Apropo. First in South Florida and then I opened and managed their expansion in Tallahasse, FL. I advised on the opening of several restaurants in Tallahasse, FL.

By 2016 I was hired to be the private chef of a distinguished family in Tallahasse. I worked there unitl 2020 when I decided to open my own Coty's Kitchen.
